The Lancaster Ave commercial corridor is strategically connected to three main public transportation lines and Indego bike share stations, with easy connections to The Philadelphia Zoo, University City, Center City and more.
SEPTA Market-Frankford Line
SEPTA's Market-Frankford Line (the Blue Line) has stops at 34th, 40th and 46th Street, which are all within walking distance of Lancaster Avenue.
The 10 Trolley
The 10 Trolley runs from 30th Street Station, down Market Street, turning on 36th Street and up Lancaster Ave. This direct route along Lancaster Ave gives accessibility to shopping up and down the Avenue.
The regional rail is a great way to get into the city without having to worry about parking. This train system connects with 30th Street Station, a main transportation hub connecting trolleys, the Market-Frankford line, and multiple regional rail lines, connecting you easily to Lancaster Ave.
Indego Bike Share
Lancaster Ave “has numerous bike trails that give you the opportunity to explore our area while you get some exercise.” There are currently Ride Indego bike stations at 3801 Lancaster Avenue and at 3984 Market Street. There are also bike stations at 34th and Market Streets, 30th Street Station, and many scattered throughout Mantua, Powelton Village, and West Powelton.
